Horseradish Crispy and Pistachios cream

Crispy Sweetbread with Mazara del Vallo raw red Prawns, Chicory hearts,
Gin Tonic Gel drops and Miso Mayonnaise

Rice Acquerello, aged 14 mounths, with Clams consommé mantecato with
Pumpkin of Mantova with Porcini (mushrooms) “Dust”
and smoked Amberjack sliced

Paccheri “Felicetti” blue Lobster with Cardoons and fermented black Garlic

Our Mediterranean style Red Mullet with Burrata cheese mousse and Popcorn
flavored with Capers

Duck Breast and its own Foie Gras on mashed Jerusalem Artichoke,
crispy Leaf Cabbage and Umeboshi riduction

“Il Reale” Panettone with fresh Cream, Madagascar Vanilla
and Pastry cream flavored with Rum

Our New Year’s Eve menu is priced at € 240,00 per person excluding drinks. Celebration will start at 19.30pm. For reservation please contact us on+39 041 5229086 To guarantee your reservation a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be requested. In order to give to all customers the best service we ask you in advance to let us know about your food allergies or intolerances. Late arrivals more than 30 minutes will not guarantee perfect timing in service.
