Il nuovo format è stato ideato dalla producer Luana Carvalho e realizzato insieme alla Rebid di Vincenzo Alvino, con la collaborazione dei critici della Guida dell’Espresso.

Food Blogger e Wine Entrepreneur

Un viaggio enogastronomico straordinario alla scoperta del territorio delle Venezie e di 10 piatti tipici della tradizione in 10 ristoranti esclusivi.

Nel corso di ciascuna puntata 2 aspiranti chef si sfideranno  nella preparazione di una ricetta scelta per l’occasione dallo chef del ristorante. Quest’ultimo, assieme ad un critico delle Guide “Ristoranti d’Italia” dell’Espresso, giudicherà il piatto; solo i più preparati arriveranno in finale.

Gli sfidanti vengono giudicati in base a 4 criteri prestabiliti: impiattamento, gusto, esecuzione e creatività. Il vincitore sarà colui che avrà ottenuto il punteggio complessivo più alto.
