Una cantina che è un piccolo grande gioiello: moderna ed assieme sintesi felice della sapienza delle passate generazioni. Concreto simbolo di questo amore per il passato è la sede dell’Azienda PIEROPAN, l’antico Palazzo Pullici, perfettamente ristrutturato, la cui origine risale addirittura al 1460 e che ha ospitato fra le sue mura uno scrittore e poeta quale Ippolito Nievo, negli anni della sua infanzia.
Il legame con il territorio, il rispetto delle tradizioni e della cultura del luogo sono tutt’uno con la storia della famiglia Pieropan e anche la ragione profonda che anima tutte le attività aziendali.
L’Azienda Agricola Pieropan è diventata ormai un punto di riferimento per il mondo del vino internazionale.
E’ stato il dottor Leonildo Pieropan a fondarla nel 1890 . I figli, Fausto e Gustavo, hanno continuato l’opera con infinita passione, ma è stato il nipote, di cui porta il nome, che con l’entusiasmo dei suoi giovani anni ha rivoluzionato l’azienda.
Leonildo e Teresita Pieropan la conducono con la passione e la competenza dei veri vignaioli amanti del loro mestiere e sono universalmente considerati gli interpreti migliori della loro zona, Soave, tra le più vocate d’Italia.
Così come l’idea della centralità del vigneto che Leonildo concepisce di fondamentale importanza per raggiungere il vertice qualitativo dei prodotti.
